Rebecca Mizon

Becky is an experienced teacher of art, craft and design at KS3, KS4 and KS5 and director of creative studies which includes art, textiles, photography, DT, catering and creative media. Becky has a degree in fine art and a master’s in teaching and learning, and she is working towards the NPQSL. Becky is a qualified CALSA (creative leader in schools and academies) and offers training and workshops to primary schools. She is a keynote course leader and has offered a range of training courses exploring raising achievement and developing the role of head of department. Becky is a passionate champion for the arts and building links with local and national groups. She is an active member of the NSEAD and has also written and presented for the Thinking, Expression and Active Learning (TEA) project. She is empowered by a network of experienced and active teachers and practitioners. Becky has jointly set up a local network of art teachers (NEAAT) which has organised workshops and training with the support of Norwich University of the Arts. She has organised and curated a yearly OAT east art exhibition at the Sainsbury Centre in Norwich.
